We will train your child on strength, speed, coordination, running form, injury mitigation, and be consistent advisors on their journey. Most of all, their self confidence to perform in life.

We help transform your lifestyle whether you have a goals to run a marathon, establishing new healthy habits, battle menopause, or maybe all 3!

Accountability, goal setting, guidance, nutrition, oh and actually training. These are hard to do on your own. We are sitting on your shoulder helping your guide your choices.

We train 2 types of people:

  1. Those of you chasing performance goals like race PBs & staying healthy to keep playing sports and
  2. Those looking to massively improve their healthy habits, improve your physique, and maybe consider a 5K one day.

Our coaches will guide you on recovering from your injury, through poor mindsets, provide nutrition strategies, and a support structure to not feel alone in the journey.

Elevate Your Speed and Endurance with the Global Human Performance Trackside Program! 

Trackside is our sought after speed training program. It is designed for track, cross country, & road racing athletes to have transformational training experiences. Trackside is year round and offers off season training and in season support as needed. Sessions are run by coaches with collegiate running experience and team coaching experience.

Soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, etc athletes are welcome to join as well!

OPEN GYM AT GHP

Have you ever wished for the freedom to train at the gym on your own with less people around? We heard you! Welcome to “Open Gym” at GHP, where you can have access to our state-of-the-art facility and train independently.

This is for those of you who:

  • Follow athletic & college training programs that look weird in commercial gyms
  • Are immunocompromised and want less risk
  • Don’t want random men staring at you while training
  • Want to have a big open space for moving around

 

Our coaches will be present during all Open Gym hours and can help answer any questions you might have. If you need personalized training plans, our coaches can create one for you at an added cost. Reach out to schedule a meeting and discuss your needs.

WHO IS OPEN GYM FOR

Open Gym at GHP

WHO IS OPEN GYM FOR?

You must already possess some competency in knowing how to safely train in the gym. Either from previous experiences or from working with us.

  • Anyone under 18 years or currently in middle/high school
  • Anyone who is new to exercise and not already familiar with strength training.
I appreciate all the things Donald does for me! I feel like ever since I been coming to his track workouts once a week, my starting speed has gotten faster, accelerating off the line quicker.
