Trackside is GHP’s year-round speed development program — one of Pittsburgh’s most sought-after training experiences for competitive athletes.

Track athletes, cross country & road racing athletes develop race-specific mechanics, tempo work, and the stamina to hold technique when it counts.

Soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, football & ultimate frisbee athletes build game-breaking speed, agility, and change of direction for field dominance.

Coaches all have collegiate running and team coaching experience.  Athletes are organized into four tracks:
